Where's Nate?

nine days.

Wow. It's been a while since my last post. And the reason is pretty simple: I'm graduating next week. So there's been a flurry of group projects, final presentations, individual papers, and other academic wackiness. I'm happy to report that this will wrap up shortly, which leads me to Disorientation Week.

It's just what it sounds like. A week in which graduating MBA2s unlearn everything we've learned over the past two years in a flurry of social activities. Days of golf, bar crawls, semi-formals, boozy picnics. You name it, we're doing it. And with family and friends arriving for the big day in a little over a week, it's kind of the last hurrah.

More to come as I try to wind down my short career in Ann Arbor in style.

I'm sorry, but I just can't resist commenting on this one.

As a loyal follower of this blog, I can attest to the fact that your last two years were, in fact, "a flurry of social activities" and "golf, bar crawls, semi-formals, boozy picnics" with a mere sprinkling of "group projects, final presentations, individual papers, and other academic wackiness" thrown in.

Admittedly, I have been more than a little jealous of your escapades, although I am not particularly envious of the years of paying off all of the marital capital that your wife has banked in the mean time.

Nevertheless, congrats on graduating, and welcome back to the real world!
